REHABILITATION - SHORT OR LONG-TERM!
Injuries don't only impact on your exercise routine - they effect your lifestyle. And if you don't look after that injury now, it will come back to haunt you!
Broken bone, joint reconstruction, torn muscle or joint sprain injuries require a gradual and consistent effort to improve back to original strength (or as close as your injury will allow). But you also have to watch you don't over-compensate, so Physical Edge will help you with a general fitness approach to your rehabilitation to ensure you maintain your fitness and maintain whole-body balance.
Workcover accredited, Physical Edge Personal Trainers have experience with a wide range of accident and over-use injuries. Rehabilitation does not have to be a dull grind....well some of it does but on the whole we can help you enjoy your exercise and fitness routine so you can see the progress yourself.
Arthritis, spina bifida, blindness, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, high blood pressure and other long-term medical conditions do not necessarily preclude you from a regular fitness routine. In many cases a specific fitness plan can help with balance, mobility, posture and general health. We will take the time to listen to what you want and step-by-step lead you down the path to a fitter you!
